Here is what Misri told the standing committee
- The India-Pakistan conflict remained within the conventional military domain, and there was no nuclear signalling by Pakistan during the conflict.
- The decision to cease military action was made bilaterally, in response to opposition members questioning President Trump’s repeated claims of US involvement in stopping the conflict.
- When some MPs asked whether Pakistan used Chinese platforms during the conflict, Misri responded that it didn’t matter, as India had successfully struck Pakistani air bases .
- Misri also said that the probe on Pahalgam terror attack revealed that terrorists involved in the attack "communicated with masterminds in Pakistan." "Nexus evident among terrorists, military intel agency, civilian administration of Pakistan," Misri added.
