An elaborate 85-level bulding is currently under construction in . The Safa Two landmark which is being built on Sheikh Zayed Road is a jewel-insipred structure that will stand at a huge 300 metres tall, providing spectacular views of the Dubai Water Canal, Safa Park, and the Arabian Gulf. Safa Two is being developed by DAMAC Properties, following the success of their Safa One project - a residential complex in Dubai's Al Safa area.
This new building will feature , green terrances, beach-style pools and sensory relaxation areas. The rooftop will boast an indoor fog forest, skyline observatory, and vast terrances with panoramic views of Dubai. However, the gem of the building is the floating infinity pool which will soar high above the luxurious city, on the 60th floor. Dubai's 200-metre , is already home to the world's current highest skypool, which sits on its 50th floor.

As well as direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, one of Dubai's main highways, Safa Two will also be close to several key areas in the city including Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and Jumeriah, making the properties ideal for those who value "convenice, connectivity, and proximity to the vibrant city life".
