Celebrity Traitors star Cat Burns has postponed her upcoming UK tour, How To Be Human, to April 2026 after an "intense" build-up she wasn't expecting. On Thursday (October 30), the People Pleaser hitmaker, 25, took to social media to announce the sad news to her loyal fan base. The tour was due to kick off on November 10 at Glasgow's O2 Academy, before visiting Manchester, Brighton, Wolverhampton, Newcastle, Bournemouth, Bristol, and ending at Brixton's O2 Academy on November 30.
Cat, who is currently dominating the BBC murder mystery show as a Traitor, issues an apology to her loyal fans. She began: "This album and tour mean the world to me. It's been a massive journey getting ready to share How To Be Human with you.
"I can't believe it's nearly here!! But unfortunately, the build-up has been a lot more intense than any of us expected so, myself and my team have made the difficult decision to move the How To Be Human tour to April 2026.
"Touring is incredibly demanding mentally and physically, and I want to make sure I'm taking care of my wellbeing so I'm in the right headspace to give you the show you deserve. When I step on stage, I really want to feel my best and give you a night that feels worth every moment of waiting."
All tickets will remain valid for the new April dates, but Cat confirmed they were unable to reschedule the dates in Wolverhampton, so refunds are available. Alternatively, the singer has added a brand-new show in Birmingham.
After confirming the record store shows are "going ahead" as planned, Cat added: "Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding through this! These decisions are never easy, and I don't take your support for granted! I can't wait to see you soon and make these shows everything they should be."

Appearing on The One Show this evening, Cat - who will also be performing on Strictly Come Dancing's Halloween special this weekend - explained that her autism and ADHD are behind the postponement.
She concluded: "It's really important to me that my mental [health] is okay, because this job is really forward-facing and having to meet lots of people, and it's very intense. With everything going on, I wanted to make sure I put my all into the show and give myself enough time to recharge and reset."
Celebrity Traitors airs on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9pm on BBC One, or catch up on BBC iPlayer.
