Clark, heading into her second season after being named Rookie of the Year in 2024, scored 20 points along with 10 rebounds and 10 assists. Afterwards, she warned her rivals that she will only keep improving as she continues to develop her game.
"I think just keep getting better every single night, continue to set my teammates up," said Clark. "I know we put up 93 points and won by 30, but I felt like we could still could have been a lot better, so we go back to work.

Clark and Reese have clashed in previous meetings between the Fever and the Sky, committing a string of fouls against each other last season. They also shared an intense rivalry during their college careers before it spilled over into the WNBA.
It remains to be seen if the Fever will maintain their winning form heading into their next two matches, a double-header against the Atlanta Dream. Meanwhile, the Sky will face New York Liberty before coming up against the Los Angeles Sparks.
