And the only people that knew she existed was his family, his bandmates and his lover at the time Mary Austin.
Between her mother, step-father and Freddie, it was decided that B would be raised by her mother and husband but Freddie maintained a close bond with B. He even had his own room at the family's house, where he would visit regularly.

For the purposes of the biography of her father's life, B has shared 17 volumes of the singer's journals.
Before his devastating death in November 1991 he gave his daughter his journals. Her decision to reveal details of his notebooks was simply down to her desire to eradicate lies and speculation that had been circulating for decades.

She went on to add: "He entrusted his collection of private notebooks to me, his only child and his next of kin, the written record of his private thoughts, memories and feelings about everything he had experienced."
B went on to explain that while his management and friends knew of the notebooks, they had no idea, until now, what had happened to them.
According to the Daily Mail, a handwritten letter from B is included in the book. Speaking about her close bond with Freddie, she wrote : "We had a very close and loving relationship from the moment I was born and throughout the final 15 years of his life."
She added:" He adored me and was devoted to me. The circumstances of my birth may seem, by most people’s standards, unusual and even outrageous."
She also stated that her decision to come forward "in my own midlife is my decision and mine alone."
The biographer has vowed to maintain B's privacy which was a request before details of the singer's journals was released.
B also said: "The life I live with my husband and our family in another country is intensely private. We want things to stay that way. "
She added: "We cherish our peaceful and anonymous life, and we want nothing to disturb it. Nobody needs to know who I am."
