Caleb is also wanting to get his vengeance on Joe as viewers will remember he stole his kidney. Joe knows the truth about Anthony and that is all that's keeping Caleb from doing what he can. Kerry Wyatt also finds out about what happened to her daughter Amy and how Joe was responsible for her death by causing the limo crash.
At Lydia's surprise birthday celebration at Home Farm, all comes to a head and it's not the case of who is getting revenge but who will get their first - and will this end with an exit for villain and fan favourite Joe Tate?
Ned Porteous had previously spoken out about his future on the show. Speaking before the kidney transplant was done, Ned said of his character's potential future in the Dales: "Well, as we've started to see, there are other things in the village that are keeping Joe's attention, So if he should ever realises that he's healthy again, what's next, you know, everything which is going on with Dawn, if it does seem legitimate and if it is legitimate, then that will obviously be something to keep him around.
"Also he's also very low on family members, so potentially being just near and around Noah, that could be enough to stay. Family is important to him and so he may want to stick around."
However, of course, when the others learn the truth - it only leads to trouble.
"I think you can always expect a showdown in this show. I think it would be really exciting to see a big clash of these, you know, Titan families in the show. I'd like to see a big bust up between the Dingles, the Milligans, the Tates, you know, I think I think the fans would like to see that as well. It is boring to see a show where everyone's getting on," he warned.
