Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling 2025: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) Cell will release the final merit list for NEET UG 2025 Round 1 counselling today, August 13, 2025. The seat allotment list includes admissions to MBBS and BDS courses under Group A. Candidates can view and download their merit lists from the official website at medicalug2025.mahacet.org/NEET-UG-2025.

What Candidates Should Know After Seat Allotment

Candidates who have been allocated seats are required to report to their respective colleges between August 14th and August 22th, keeping August 15th and 16th out, for physical verification and confirmation of admission. It is compulsory for the candidates to check seat allotment details under their CAP Round-1 login, ensuring that all application details, such as marks, category, and gender, are correct.

The candidates who have been allotted a seat different from their preference-1 option have two options:

Freeze the Seat: Accept the seat given to them and pay the acceptance fee online. This will render them ineligible for additional rounds.

Do Not Freeze: Accept the seat but choose to take part in subsequent counselling rounds by paying the fee without freezing the seat.

To complete admission formalities, applicants are required to present original and photocopies of mandatory documents. These will be checked at the respective institute prior to fee payment and confirmation. The mandatory documents are:

- Class 10 and 12 Mark Sheets and Certificates
