Whatever the material of cheela is made of, it becomes popular among the people due to its special taste. Most people like it a lot. Today, we are talking about corn cheela. It is not only tasty but also healthy. Anyway, the rainy season is going on. In such a situation, there is a huge inflow of corn in the market. Usually, gram flour cheela is made in homes, but now you can prepare corn cheela. It is delicious in taste, and there is a long list of people who like it. This dish can be made easily. It is rich in fiber, which also works to improve digestion. It can also be kept in the children's tiffin box. If you have never tried it, then you can avoid every problem by following our method.

Ingredients
Corn kernels – 2 bowls
Onion – 1
Gram flour – 1 bowl
Tomato – 1
Capsicum – 1
Cabbage, finely chopped – 1 bowl.
Chopped green chillies – 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp.
Garlic-ginger paste – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Oil – as per requirement
Salt – as per taste
Method – First of all, take corn with soft grains. Now, remove the kernels from the corn and put them in the mixer and grind them coarsely.
- Now take out this corn paste in a mixing bowl and add gram flour to it and mix well.
- After this, finely chop cabbage, onion, tomato, and capsicum. Keep aside a few chopped vegetables and add all the rest to the corn-gram flour mixture and mix properly.

- Now add all the spices, including ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, red chilli, and finally mix salt.
- Now, add some water to the mixture and prepare the paste of the chilla. Take a non-stick pan and heat it on medium flame.
- After the pan is heated, spread some oil on it. Now take the paste of the chilla in a bowl and put it in the pan and spread it.
- After some time, add chopped onion, tomato, and capsicum pieces on top of the chilla and do the topping.
- After this, turn the chilla and fry it from both sides till it becomes light golden. Take them out in a plate. Similarly, prepare all the corn chillas with the paste.
